Engineered to the Product
Belt compound, roller pitch, frame gauge, and drive sizing are matched to your actual product weight, dimensions, and fragility rather than a generic default.
A conveyor configured around your product, your floor plan, and your process — not pulled off a shelf and forced to fit.
Overview
No two production floors move product in quite the same way, so Probe treats every conveyor as a configuration exercise rather than a pick from a catalogue. Product weight, shape, fragility, temperature, and hygiene requirements set the starting parameters; the floor plan, ceiling height, and neighbouring equipment set the rest. The build that comes out the other end is sized to that specific job.
That configurability runs through every layer of the system. Belt or surface type, frame material and finish, drive and control logic, and overall geometry are each selected independently, so a washdown-rated modular belt can sit on a stainless frame with VFD speed control and PLC integration in one build — or a simple fixed-speed PVC belt on painted steel in another, depending on what the line actually needs.
Because the design starts from your layout rather than a standard footprint, curves, inclines, multi-level runs, and transfers between conveyor types are combined into a single line rather than bolted together as afterthoughts. Probe engineers confirm the full specification during a site audit, so what gets built is matched to the product and the plant, not the nearest standard size.
The engineering choices that make the customizable conveyor systems the right call for the job it’s built for.
Belt compound, roller pitch, frame gauge, and drive sizing are matched to your actual product weight, dimensions, and fragility rather than a generic default.
Belt or surface, frame material and finish, hygiene rating, and drive and control logic are each selected independently, so the build matches the duty rather than a fixed model.
Curves, inclines, multi-level runs, and transfers are designed into one continuous line around your existing floor plan, ceiling height, and fixed equipment.
Controls, sensors, and zoning are specified to work with your existing PLC, line speed, and upstream or downstream machinery rather than running in isolation.
Specification
Indicative build parameters. Every system is engineered to your product, throughput, and facility — final specification is confirmed at the audit.
Typical roles the customizable conveyor systems takes on across UAE production and distribution lines.
What operations most often ask before specifying a customizable conveyor systems for their line.
With a site audit. Probe engineers review your product, throughput, layout, and any hygiene or integration requirements on site, then propose a configuration — belt, frame, drive, and routing — matched to what was actually found rather than a standard model.
Tell Probe your product, throughput, and layout, and we’ll size and build the system around it.
