Continuous Throughput
An unbroken belt surface moves product with no transfer gaps, so cartons and loose items travel end to end without snagging, tipping, or manual nudging.
A continuous, dependable belt line that carries packaged and loose product across your facility at a steady, controllable pace.
Overview
The belt conveyor is the backbone of almost every material-handling line Probe builds. A single continuous belt running over a driven head pulley and a tensioned tail pulley gives you smooth, gap-free transport for cartons, trays, bags, and loose product alike — the format most operations reach for first because it simply keeps moving.
Probe engineers each unit around the load rather than the catalogue. Belt compound, frame gauge, roller pitch, and drive sizing are matched to your product weight, line speed, and duty cycle, so a light packaging line and a loaded distribution feed are never sold the same frame.
Belts are specified in food-grade PU, general-purpose PVC, or rugged rubber depending on the environment, and the frame is built in mild steel, powder-coated steel, or stainless for washdown areas. The result is a conveyor that runs shift after shift with little more than routine tension checks.
The engineering choices that make the belt conveyors the right call for the job it’s built for.
An unbroken belt surface moves product with no transfer gaps, so cartons and loose items travel end to end without snagging, tipping, or manual nudging.
Food-grade PU, general-purpose PVC, or high-grip rubber — the belt compound is chosen for your product, temperature, and hygiene rules rather than a one-size default.
A VFD-driven motor lets you tune line speed to upstream and downstream stations, balancing the whole line instead of forcing it to the conveyor’s pace.
Few moving parts, sealed bearings, and quick belt changeovers keep maintenance minimal and spares cheap across a long service life.
Specification
Indicative build parameters. Every system is engineered to your product, throughput, and facility — final specification is confirmed at the audit.
Typical roles the belt conveyors takes on across UAE production and distribution lines.
What operations most often ask before specifying a belt conveyors for their line.
It comes down to your product and environment. Food-grade PU suits open-food and hygienic lines, PVC is the general-purpose choice for packaged goods, and rubber is used where grip, abrasion, or heavier loads are involved. Probe recommends the compound after reviewing your product and washdown requirements.
Tell Probe your product, throughput, and layout, and we’ll size and build the system around it.
