MEGAWELD thermoplastic polyurethane belts are precision-extruded for conveying and light power transmission across industries like food, pharma, ceramics, and automotive. CLEATS
Timing belts can be customized with cleats welded to the backside, made from durable thermoplastic polyurethane.
Cleat shapes are tailored to the transport task and goods, designed by our experts to meet specific customer needs.
They can be created from strip rolls, modified existing cleats, or custom injection molds.
Attachment methods include high-frequency vibration, mirror welding, infrared welding, and chemical bonding.
MODIFICATIONS
We combine expert teams, advanced processes, and smart investments to deliver cutting-edge custom belt solutions. Modifications include holes, slots, grooves, tooth removal, countersinks, and V-guides. Custom shapes and perforations are also available to suit specific applications.
FALSE TEETH
For designs where welded cleats aren’t suitable, Probe’s False Teeth System (FTS) offers a versatile alternative. Made of stainless steel, FTS allows easy mechanical attachment of cleats in urethane, steel, plastic, or wood. Ideal for high-load applications or when frequent repositioning or replacement is needed.
PPJ
Our Progressive Pin Joint (PPJ) system enables quick, reliable belt installation without dismantling conveyors or on-site splicing. Ideal for parallel path belts handling distributed loads. It simplifies installation and replacement—saving time and cost.
