POLY RIBBED BELTS
Constructed with polybutadiene rubber and polyester cords, our belt flexes around small drive pulleys allowing for high ratio drives to be used in compact drive package design. Multi-V Rib belts run quiet and deliver low vibration and will not turnover at high speeds. Fabric is added to the belts back side to increase lateral stiffness.
In addition to use in power transmission applications like machine tools, compressors, commercial appliances and fitness equipment, rubber multi V Rib belts are commonly covered would high friction, wear resistant rubber for use in applications like puller belts in extrusion applications.

POLY V
Our Poly V power transmission belt features multiple longitudinal ribs. It transmits the torque and the power by contact of the belt rib flanks and the pulley grooves. Moreover, it guarantees compactness, high power transmission and low operating cost.
As a drive belt, our Poly V belt is able to cover a large engine range from light duty to heavy duty machineries (Fitness equipment, gardening, HVAC, Industrial Engines, Energy, Pumps, Mines and Quarries).
Moreover, the Poly V can operate in flexion and counter flexion with the following benefits:
- A single belt can drive several accessories: serpentine belt drive.
- Driving accessories, such as Idlers and drive pulleys from the back of the belt.
Smaller Carbon Footprint
Iso-tension and iso-geometry technical tests show that the Poly V can achieve an output several percent higher than Vbelt: over 98%, which can reduce energy consumption and sometime even engine size.
Flexonic
The Flexonic® belt is custom-sized for your needs and fits fixed center distances without adjustment. Its elastic polyamide cord ensures reliable power transmission and a longer lifespan. With no need for tensioning devices or re-checks, it reduces both cost and maintenance. It’s lightweight, compact, and works with smaller pulleys. Designed for better grip than V or flat belts, it suits everything from light tools to heavy-duty machines. Ideal for applications like vacuum cleaners, compressors, and concrete mixers.
Conveyxonic
The Conveyxonic® belt is designed for roller and pallet conveyors, handling loads from 1 kg to 2 tonnes. It offers high technical performance, cost savings, and strong customer confidence. Its efficiency reduces motor energy consumption. Exceptional strength allows one motor to drive up to 50 rollers. This leads to at least 30% savings per module. A smart, reliable solution for heavy and light load transport.
PU – Megarib
The multi v rib belts are molded endless with thermoset PU and high strength stable polyester (Kevlar on request). Designed for high speed, high ratio drives, these belts are manufactured in H,J and PTB2, which is a 2mm pitch belt with shortened or truncated ribs for maximum structural flex.
The belts are molded to exact dimensions and are clean running in application making them the perfect choice for power transmission applications in household and commercial applications and food slicing machines.
