Our PVC belts are widely used in applications that demand great flexibility to include industy specific characteristics such as: food grade, oil resistence, ISO 340 flame retardance special colours and more.
Probe’s range of high-quality polyurethane belts stands out for its exceptional hygienic properties, especially in food-grade, homogenous belt solutions. Additionally, the range includes a wide variety of PU belts—such as round and V-belts—designed to meet the needs of diverse industrial applications.
Our belts offer high and consistent Coefficient of Friction (CoF), perfect surface uniformity, and outstanding release properties. They deliver excellent tear and abrasion resistance, making them ideal for high-speed applications. All products are food compliant and engineered for reliability. Main industries served include Packaging, Paper, and Printing. We offer a wide range of solutions including conveyor and process belts, timing belts, seamless belts, roller coverings, and elastomer/silicone sheeting.
PROBE’s range polyester mesh belts are built for high-performance filtering, draining, and drying in food and industrial uses. Made from monofilament polyester, they offer a smooth, uniform surface and strong dimensional stability. Reinforced edges and a blue gauze carcass ensure excellent tear resistance and splice strength. They track well and meet all EU food contact standards, making them safe for direct food handling. Custom options are available for paper, food, and filtration industries.
· PROBE’s range of metal wire mesh belts are designed for high-temperature, heavy-duty industrial use, made from stainless steel or phosphor bronze for excellent heat, corrosion, and chemical resistance. Their open mesh design allows optimal airflow, drainage, and minimal product contact—ideal for baking, drying, washing, and filtration. These belts are dimensionally stable, lightweight, and run smoothly under high tension. Available in various weave types and widths up to 6 meters, they suit a range of process needs. Custom edge finishes and fastening options ensure seamless integration into conveyor systems
Teflon Stringer belts, made from PTFE, are commonly used in stringer solar panel welding lines. They transport panels held in place by vacuum holes along the belt. Constructed by laminating two PTFE glass cloth layers—typically a black inner and brown top layer—they ensure uniform thickness, including at the joint. This design enhances belt consistency and durability. The belts offer high dimensional stability, long life, and superior performance compared to standard PTFE belts.

PROBE’s range of PTFE mesh belts feature an open-mesh design that enhances airflow and moisture removal, making them ideal for drying in UV, IR, and hot-air conveyor systems. Lightweight and cost-effective, they are easy to install using metallic clipper fasteners, reducing downtime. These belts resist temperatures from –73 °C to 260 °C and are chemically inert, offering excellent non-stick performance. Available in various mesh sizes and widths up to 5 m, they suit applications in textiles, printed goods, cereals, and shrink tunnels. Optional antistatic versions and reinforced edges improve durability in demanding environments.
PROBE’s homogeneous belts are made from a single, seamless layer of thermoplastic polyurethane, ensuring superior hygiene and easy cleaning. With a positive-drive toothed design and reinforced cores, they offer excellent tracking and slip-free performance. These belts are resistant to grease, oils, and chemicals, and meet FDA/EU food-grade standards. They can run on small roller diameters with minimal tension, making them ideal for compact conveyors. Available with antistatic and antimicrobial options, they are perfect for food, packaging, and industrial applications.
PROBE’s range of PU conveyor belts feature a seamless, fabric-free thermoplastic construction that ensures superior hygiene and durability. Resistant to water, oils, chemicals, and hydrolysis, they perform reliably even in wet or submerged conditions. Their positive-drive profile ensures slip-free conveying and minimal off-tracking. Easy to weld on-site, these belts reduce downtime and simplify maintenance. Food-grade options meet global standards and are ideal for meat, poultry, bakery, dairy, and produce processing.
PROBE’s range of endless woven belts are crafted as seamless, single-ply constructions for maximum uniformity and hygiene. They feature exceptional tensile strength and elongation control, operating reliably between –80 °C and +350 °C. With no splices, they deliver vibration-free, precise conveying—even at high speeds up to 20 m/s. The open weave absorbs moisture and resists wear, making them ideal for knife-edge transfers and small-diameter rollers. Custom coatings and profiles enable tailored solutions for food processing (e.g., biscuit dough), drying tunnels, and industrial molding. Rugged yet flexible, these belts are suited for heavy-duty and delicate applications alike
